Lee Kyung-joon: soldier; involved in managing bribery deals and blackmail

 

Seo Min-ho: one of the older members of the Commission; was around from Minhyuk's time as leader of ATEEZ

Shin “Four Fingers” Ji-seok: soldier, involved in robbery; he was recruited to the gang by Hongjoong - but only after Hongjoong cut off his little finger when he stole from the mob
